Ever since he bought the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz in 1970, Niarchos is considered the saviour of the St. Moritz luxury hotels. His family is the largest private landowner in St. Moritz. As majority shareholders of the Grand Hotels Engadinerkulm AG they also own Cresta Run, the Olympia Bob Run and the Dracula Club, which are all situated on the premises of the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz.
