10th Anniversary Tavolata St. Moritz
From July 29 to 31, 2022, locals and out-of-towners from all over the world will dine together for the 10th time at the St. Moritz Tavolata - the long arvent table that winds its way through the pedestrian zone of St. Moriz. Between local specialties such as Plain in Pigna, Capuns, Pizokels, Bündnerfleisch and Nusstorte, all kinds of culinary delights have a place over three days.
The festival is a culinary image of St. Moritz and the neighboring southern valleys of Puschlav and Bergell, seasoned with a strong dash of Italianitá, just as it should be right on the border with Italy.
The star cuisine of Christian Kuchler from the Taverne zum Schäfli in Wigoltingen will kick things off. In which location the two stars and 18 GaultMillau points are celebrated is in the truest sense a menu surprise. Regular guests of the Tavolata know it: The scenery will provide also in the anniversary year guaranteed for an unforgettable TamTam. In the middle of July it will be communicated.
Experience and adventure are offered by Patrick Marxer and Roland Heuberger at La Scarpetta with the sausage course, as well as the local heroes who present their specialties, through which guests can taste their way. The local star restaurants then close the festival with the big banquet with culinary fireworks - served on historic china from the Badrutt´s Palace Hotel and enjoyed at the beautiful, long Arvent table in the pedestrian arcade.
