Open Doors Engadin - Architecture for All
Open Doors Engadin is an architectural experience free of charge for all visitors* for the mediation of high-quality building culture, which offers guided tours through historical and contemporary buildings. It opens the doors behind otherwise closed doors for all interested people during one weekend. Open Doors Engadin thus makes a contribution to anchoring knowledge about architecture and its importance for the development of our living spaces broadly in the public. It enables the population to get to know and appreciate architectural objects in their local townscape in greater depth. Interested parties and experts exchange ideas and visitors experience directly how people live, work and build in the Engadine. The event is supported by the communities of the Maloja region, our building and event partners, funding agencies, private foundations and a large number of dedicated volunteers from the region and the rest of Switzerland.
