We want you to enjoy your holidays to the fullest with many memorable moments of joy. At the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz your health and the health of our employees still have the highest priority. This concept is based on the legal requirements given by the ministry of health and has been developed to introduce you to our safety and prevention measures helping to control COVID-19. 

 

Please note that changes and adjustments might apply on short notice. According to the necessary requirements, there might be limited options of our hotel offers. Please be kindly informed, that despite all safety and security efforts in our hotel, it is indeed possible to get infected by the COVID-19 virus. In this case, the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz does not accept any responsibility or liability. Moreover, the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz refuses any subsequent financial reclamations, also in the event of restrictions of our offers.

You have the possibility to test yourself for Covid-19 daily in the hotel from 17.00 to 18.00 h.

Rapid test: CHF 50 (15 minutes), PCR test: CHF 180 (24 hours, except on Sundays)
 
At the PolyClinic St. Moritz, free rapid test are offered (registration required). Please contact our concierge for further information.

General Information & Public Areas

Please note that all guests (from 16 years of age) of the hotel, the restaurants and the spa (including all outside areas) must present a valid Covid-19 certificate when checking in at the reception and as an external spa or restaurant visitor in the respective area:

  • Certificate "vaccinated": surname, first name, date of birth and vaccine (only vaccines authorised by the Swiss Government are valid)
  • Certificate "recovered": Surname, first name, date of birth, confirmation of recovery from Covid-19 by a doctor
  • Certificate "tested": Surname, first name, date of birth, test date (PCR tests are valid for 72 h and antigen tests are valid for 48 h) - Self-tests are not accepted. After the expiry of the test validity, a new test must be made in time and the current certificate must be presented at the reception without being asked

All persons who have been vaccinated with a vaccine that is not authorised by the Swiss Government are subject to compulsory testing.

Application for certificate for all persons without Swiss certificate or EU/EFTA state certificate (exception: Persons from the United Kingdom do not need to apply for the Swiss certificate)

  • We ask you to visit us only if you are completely healthy

Please note that wearing a protective mask indoors is still mandatory (hotels, restaurants, bars).

Guest Transport & Valet Parking
  • Antiseptic solution dispensers are available in every vehicle
  • Vehicles will be cleaned regularly
  • You may park your car by yourself or you can use our valet parking as usual
Entrance
  • Please desinfect your hands and wear a protective mask when entering the hotel
  • Protection kits will be available upon request
  • Your body temperature can be checked upon request
Reception & Concierge

At check-in, your Covid-19 certificate will be checked at reception.
If you arrive with a test, please note that a rapid test is only valid for 48 h and a PCR test is only valid for 72 h. If your test expires during your stay, you are required to renew your test accordingly and present the certificate at reception without being asked. If you do not have a valid certificate, you must leave the hotel at your own expenses.

  • Our porters are wearing gloves and will hand over / take over your luggage at your room door – your room will be entered upon request only
  • Online check-in is available prior to arrival
  • Late check-out after 12.00 h is available upon request only
Restaurants, Bars & Roomservice

Please note that wearing a protective mask indoors is still mandatory unless you are seated.

  • Please disinfect your hands when entering a restaurant or bar
  • Please wait to be seated
  • You may serve yourself at our buffets– alternatively, we serve you at your table upon request
  • There may be additional restrictions concerning opening times and food choice
  • All dishes and drinks ordered via room service will be covered and delivered at your room door – we will enter your room upon request only
  • Please ensure to arrive at the restaurant for your reserved time
Guest Rooms
  • Our cleaning staff wears gloves and masks - gloves are changed after every room cleaning
  • Cleaning processes as well as turndown services will be carried out in your absence only. If you do not require any service during your stay, please inform the reception accordingly
  • Rooms will be ventilated regularly and desinfection processes take place daily
Kulm Spa & Gym

Wearing a protective mask is compulsory in the spa and fitness area. This obligation is only waived in the outdoor area and during sports activities as well as while swimming, in the sauna, in the steam bath, or during a facial treatment.

  • Please disinfect your hands when entering our spa or gym area
  • Each guest is requested to disinfect the used fitness equipment prior and after use
Marmottas Kids' Club
  • Please note that the Kids' Club is available for overnight guests only
  • Please disinfect your hands when entering the kids' club
  • All toys will be cleaned regularly
  • Our kids programme will take place as usual
  • Body temperature of each child will be checked before participating in the programme. If your children feel unwell or are sick, please note that they are not allowed to either use the Kids’ Club area or participate in any activities
Hairdresser
  • Please desinfect your hands when entering our hairdresser
  • Surfaces and equipment will be cleaned and desinfected

On request, we will be happy to provide you with the detailed precautionary and protective measures that we are implementing. 

It is our goal to implement all measures in such a way that maximum safety is guaranteed for our guests, while continuing with our unique Kulm service.
