We want you to enjoy your holidays to the fullest with many memorable moments of joy. At the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz your health and the health of our employees still have the highest priority. This concept is based on the legal requirements given by the ministry of health and has been developed to introduce you to our safety and prevention measures helping to control COVID-19.

Please note that changes and adjustments might apply on short notice. According to the necessary requirements, there might be limited options of our hotel offers. Please be kindly informed, that despite all safety and security efforts in our hotel, it is indeed possible to get infected by the COVID-19 virus. In this case, the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz does not accept any responsibility or liability. Moreover, the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz refuses any subsequent financial reclamations, also in the event of restrictions of our offers.

General Information & Public Areas

The following protective measures are based on and supplement the existing precautionary measures of the Confederation

  • We have provided many disinfectant dispensers in the hotel. Please use them, especially before entering the hotel, restaurant or spa. In addition we kindly ask you to wash your hands regularly
  • Cleaning and disinfection processes in the hotel have been enhanced
  • Please consider the shown maximum capacity of guests (elevators, washrooms, etc.)
  • Please keep distance of 1.5 meters - in addition we have installed floor markings in the reception and concierge areas
  • Newspapers are available upon request from our concierge
  • We ask you to visit us if you are completely healthy only. If symptoms of illness or indisposition occur during your stay, please contact reception immediately and do not leave your room for the time being. In case you recveive a positive test of COVID-19 within 2 weeks after departure or a restaurant/spa visit, please inform us immediately
Guest Transport & Valet Parking

  • Maximum of one party per transport
  • Antiseptic solution dispensers are available in every vehicle
  • Vehicles will be cleaned after every transport
  • You may park your car by yourself or tentatively you can use our valet parking as usual
  • Drivers will be wearing personal protective equipment
Entrance
  • Please desinfect your hands when entering the hotel
  • Protection kits will be available upon request
  • Your body temperature can be checked upon request
Reception & Concierge
  • Our porters are wearing gloves and will hand over / take over your luggage at your room door – your room will be entered upon request only
  • Due to the distance regulations we can serve a maximum of 2 parties (1-2 guests each) – if both stations are busy, we kindly ask you to wait in the lobby
  • Online check-in is available prior to arrival
  • Late check-out after 12.00 h is available upon request only
Guest Rooms
  • Our cleaning staff wears gloves and masks - gloves are changed after every room cleaning
  • Cleaning processes as well as turndown services will be carried out in your absence only. If you do not require any service during your stay, please inform the reception accordingly
  • Rooms will be ventilated regularly and desinfection processes take place daily
Restaurants, Bars & Roomservice
  • Please desinfect your hands when entering a restaurant or bar
  • The mandatory distance will also be kept between the tables
  • Please wait to be seated
  • You will be served at our rich buffet – all colleagues wear safety equipment
  • All dishes and drinks ordered via room service will be covered and delivered at your room door – we will enter your room upon request only
Kulm Spa & Gym
  • Please desinfect your hands when entering our spa or gym area
  • Please consider the shown maximum capacity of guests in the different spa areas
  • The water quality of each pool is checked regularly
  • We will check your body temperature prior to each treatment and ask you to wear a mask – our therapists are equipped with safety equipment as well
  • Each guest is requested to desinfect the used fitness equipment prior and after use
  • We are happy to welcome external guests to our Kulm Spa by appointment and subject to availability
Marmottas Kids' Club
  • Please desinfect your hands when entering the kids' club
  • Our kids programm will take place as usual, inside and outside
  • Body temperature of each child will be checked before participating in the programme
  • All toys will be cleaned regularly
Hairdresser
  • Please desinfect your hands when entering our hairdresser
  • Masks are required for guests and staff
  • Surfaces and equipment will be cleaned and desinfected

On request, we will be happy to provide you with the detailed precautionary and protective measures that we are implementing. 

We would like to point out that despite all these precautionary and protective measures, it is of course possible that our hotel could suffer from a COVID-19 outbreak. Please note that Kulm Hotel accepts no liability for this and refuses to make any subsequent financial claims, including those arising from restrictions to our offer. 

It is our goal to implement all measures in such a way that maximum safety is guaranteed for our guests, while continuing with our unique Kulm service.
