"The objective is a holistic experience. I don't want to be running in circles on a sports field."
A different philosophy...
Taking its origins in Japan, Forest Bathing was commonly used as a physiological and psychological exercise - shinrin-yoku. Guided by Anne-Marie Flammersfeld is a unique experience of immersion and mindfulness. You will be led through an appreciation of nature and connectivity with the beauty of the Engadin landscapes.
"I want to get out into nature and discover its wildness, unevenness, harmony, beauty, rough edges and surprises."
