Ski-Fit - start your skiing season
Increase fun and safety while skiing - ensure that you achieve ideal physical conditions and make the most out of your stay. A combination of different exercises for muscle building, stabilization and coordination gives you a safer feeling on the slopes. Exercises and tips, such as warming up before and stretching after skiing are also explained in detail and shown in practice. Suitable for beginners and advanced skiers.
