Unique, delicious with just a dash of cheeky - the Peruvian Chef Claudia Canessa brings her culinary creations to the Sunny Bar for the third winter season this December. The Peruvian cuisine is known for being a melting pot of different cultures; traditional Inka recipes are combined with Spanish influences and even Asian touches. Claudia Canessa has not only mastered the art of the Peruvian cuisine, but thanks to her quirky personality, each dish has a mouth-watering, but unexpected twist.

Furthermore, the renowned business magazine, Bilanz, awarded Claudia Canessa the prestigious title Chef of the Year 2018. GaultMillau awarded the Sunny Bar and Claudia Canessa with 14 GaultMillau points
